Where we deliver
Mainland UK only. We don't currently ship to:
- Channel Islands
- Isle of Man
- Scottish Highlands & Islands
- Northern Ireland
- Republic of Ireland or other international destinations
Pallet delivery (for sheds and large items)
Anything over 1m on the longest side ships on a pallet. The driver delivers to your kerbside — they will not bring the pallet down a path or up steps. Please make sure:
- Someone over 18 is home to sign for it.
- You have help to move it from the kerb (or arrange a pallet truck).
- There is clear vehicle access — most pallet trucks need a 2.5m-wide route.
Tracking
You'll get a dispatch email with a tracking link as soon as the order leaves us.
Delays
British weather and courier volumes can push deliveries by a day or two. If your order is more than 3 working days past the latest estimate, email hello@garden-storage.com with your order number and we'll chase it.
