Terms of Service

Effective: April 2026. These terms govern your use of garden-storage.com and any purchase from us.

1. Who we are

The site is operated by CC Marketing Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales under company number 14089914. Our registered office is at 2 Peel Court, 24 St. Cuthberts Way, Darlington, England, DL1 1GB. We are not currently VAT-registered.

2. Contract formation

An order placed on the site is an offer to buy. We accept the offer when we send you a dispatch confirmation email — that's when the contract is formed. We reserve the right to reject an order (we'll refund you in full and explain why).

3. Pricing & availability

All prices are in GBP and shown including any UK VAT applicable (we are not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is added). Prices and availability can change at any time before the contract is formed. If we discover a clear pricing error after you've ordered, we'll contact you to either honour the price, offer a refund, or cancel — your choice.

4. Delivery

See our Delivery page. We deliver to mainland UK only.

5. Cancellation & returns

You have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 from the day you receive the goods. See our Returns page for the full process. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, as described) always apply on top of these terms.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that can't be limited under UK law. Otherwise our total liability for a single contract is capped at the price you paid for the goods.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the site (copy, photography, code) is owned by us or licensed to us. Don't copy, redistribute, or use it commercially without permission.

8. Acceptable use

Don't try to break, scrape, or interfere with the site. Don't impersonate anyone. Don't submit reviews you haven't earned (i.e. for products you haven't bought).

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales, except that consumers retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence.
