Refunds & Returns

This policy explains your statutory rights and how to use them. Issued by CC Marketing Ltd (company no. 14089914), 2 Peel Court, 24 St. Cuthberts Way, Darlington, England, DL1 1GB.

1. Your 14-day right to change your mind

Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from the day you receive the goods to cancel for any reason — no explanation needed.

2. How to cancel

Email hello@garden-storage.com with your order number and "Cancel order" in the subject. We'll send return instructions immediately. You can also use the model cancellation form in the regulations — but a clear email is enough.

3. Returning the goods

Send the goods back within 14 days of telling us you're cancelling. They must be in saleable condition (unused, with original packaging where possible). For change-of-mind returns, you pay return postage — for large items we can arrange courier collection at our cost rate and deduct it from the refund (we'll quote upfront).

4. Refund timing

We refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (the statutory maximum). In practice, card refunds settle in 3–5 working days. We refund to your original payment method.

5. Faulty or damaged goods

Email hello@garden-storage.com within 30 days of receiving the goods with photos and your order number. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — including return postage. Your full Consumer Rights Act 2015 protections apply (satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, as described).

6. Exclusions

  • Custom-made or personalised goods (your statutory rights for faulty goods still apply).
  • Goods that have been fully assembled or installed and are no longer resellable as new — we may make a deduction proportionate to the diminished value.

7. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law. If you believe we've failed to comply, you can also escalate via Citizens Advice (0808 223 1133) or your local Trading Standards office.
