The 24ft x 36ft American Barn with Four Stables is a heavy-duty, modular timber barn that houses four internal loose boxes, each 12ft x 12ft (3.6m x 3.6m), alongside a covered central aisle. Keeping everything under one roof gives superior ventilation, protection from the elements and an organised working space for feeding, grooming and mucking out, making it ideal for private owners and small yards.
Manufactured using pressure-treated timber and finished with a premium anti-condensation roof, the barn is built for long, low-maintenance service across its 24ft x 36ft (7.3m x 11m) footprint. Large 8ft (2.4m) double central doors and heavy-duty stable doors are fitted throughout, both equipped with premium ironmongery. Installation is included.

A level, solid surface gives the best result for sheds and larger storage units — concrete slab, paving flags, or a pressure-treated timber base all work. Storage boxes sit on any level paved or decked surface. If the ground isn't level, panels won't line up cleanly and the unit won't be fully weathertight.
