Version 1 of the Acorn Heavy-Duty Cupboard Workbench sets the standard for the range, built for strength and serious storage in demanding workspaces. It is crafted from premium construction-grade CLS C16 kiln-dried timber and handcrafted in the UK.
This layout combines spacious drawers, a large cupboard and an adjustable shelf, so tools and equipment stay organised and within easy reach. With support for up to 950kg U.D.L., it is well suited to professional workshops, garages and industrial settings.

Assembly time depends on the size — storage boxes take 15–45 minutes, benches around 30–60 minutes, sheds and bin stores 2–3 hours with two people. A level, solid surface gives the best result for sheds and larger storage units — concrete slab, paving flags, or a pressure-treated timber base all work. Storage boxes sit on any level paved or decked surface. If the ground isn't level, panels won't line up cleanly and the unit won't be fully weathertight.

Email hello@garden-storage.com within 30 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — including return postage. Damage is rare on pallet-shipped items, but it's fully covered under our returns policy.
