Forest Green gives fences, sheds and trellis a natural, garden-friendly tone, and Bird Brand Complete Wood Protector delivers it with real staying power. The solvent-based formula penetrates deeply to colour and protect exterior timber in one step.
Its UV-resistant pigments resist fading through the seasons, and dry-film biocides guard against fungal growth, discolouration and water damage. Expect a water-repellent, low-odour, economical finish that is harmless to plants when dry.

Do note it is not HSE registered as a wood preserver, so it is not suitable for eradicating wood-boring insects or for timbers requiring high levels of anti-mould and fungal prevention.

A level, solid surface gives the best result for sheds and larger storage units — concrete slab, paving flags, or a pressure-treated timber base all work. Storage boxes sit on any level paved or decked surface. If the ground isn't level, panels won't line up cleanly and the unit won't be fully weathertight.
