Bird Brand Decking & Garden Furniture Restorer is a powerful cleaning gel that brings grey, weathered timber back to its original finish. Formulated with oxalic acid, it lifts the dull, silvered layer that builds up on exposed wood and reveals the fresher tone underneath.
It works on bare, denatured timber where previous coatings have worn away, so it is ideal for reviving tired surfaces before you re-oil or re-treat them. The gel clings to vertical and horizontal surfaces alike for even coverage.

A level, solid surface gives the best result for sheds and larger storage units — concrete slab, paving flags, or a pressure-treated timber base all work. Storage boxes sit on any level paved or decked surface. If the ground isn't level, panels won't line up cleanly and the unit won't be fully weathertight.
