Our Commercial Modular Refuse Compounds and Utility Enclosures are a premium, heavy-duty timber solution designed for commercial high-traffic areas, industrial estates and residential complexes. The system provides a secure, smart-looking way to house large-volume bins, air-conditioning chillers or industrial equipment while keeping a site tidy and professional.
Each enclosure is crafted from high-grade, sustainable Redwood and uses a modular panel system for flexible onsite assembly, so the layout can be adapted to the space available. The open-top design maximises ventilation while presenting a clean exterior that blends into commercial landscaping. Because every site differs, bespoke enclosures can be fabricated to your own detailed drawings or concrete pad measurements, and professional site measuring and technical drawing services are available subject to additional charges.

Assembly time depends on the size — storage boxes take 15–45 minutes, benches around 30–60 minutes, sheds and bin stores 2–3 hours with two people. A level, solid surface gives the best result for sheds and larger storage units — concrete slab, paving flags, or a pressure-treated timber base all work. Storage boxes sit on any level paved or decked surface. If the ground isn't level, panels won't line up cleanly and the unit won't be fully weathertight.

Email hello@garden-storage.com within 30 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — including return postage. Damage is rare on pallet-shipped items, but it's fully covered under our returns policy.
