Bird Brand Danish Oil is a low-sheen, clear finish that seals and protects both interior and exterior timber. It blends natural Tung oil with resins to varnish the wood from within, enhancing the grain while leaving a subtle, understated lustre.
Because the cured finish is water and heat resistant, it is a popular choice for furniture and kitchen worktops, as well as doors and turned wood. Apply it easily with a brush or cloth, and stain beforehand or wax afterwards if you wish.

Assembly time depends on the size — storage boxes take 15–45 minutes, benches around 30–60 minutes, sheds and bin stores 2–3 hours with two people. A level, solid surface gives the best result for sheds and larger storage units — concrete slab, paving flags, or a pressure-treated timber base all work. Storage boxes sit on any level paved or decked surface. If the ground isn't level, panels won't line up cleanly and the unit won't be fully weathertight.
