Everything you need to know
This 106cm garden potting table arrives with a matching pair of chairs, turning a hard-working potting bench into a spot you will actually want to sit at. The 4ft table measures 106cm long (62cm between the legs), 90cm high with 81cm of clearance to the underside, and 60cm deep, while each chair is a compact 40cm x 36cm x 54cm high.
Robust and multi-purpose, it handles repotting, seed sowing and tool organising, then doubles as somewhere to pause with a cup of tea between jobs. The two chairs make it easy for a partner or friend to join in, so the whole task becomes a shared afternoon.
With its tidy proportions and elegant look, this potting set adds real function and a touch of style to any garden.

What you are getting
The detail that matters on the Garden potting table, multi purpose workbench (106cm + 2x chairs), without the sales language. Being timber, it responds to the weather - expect slight seasonal movement and a gradual silvering unless you re-coat it.
Workbench - what actually matters
A bench is only as useful as it is rigid. Racking under load is what makes cheap benches unpleasant to work at, so frame construction and worktop thickness matter more than footprint. If you want the longer version, read the full workbench range.
Looking after it
- Re-coat with a clear or tinted exterior wood treatment every two to three years.
- Keep the base clear of piled soil and leaf litter so the timber can dry out.
- Check fixings once a year and nip up anything that has worked loose.
Delivery and returns
Orders over £100 ship free to UK mainland addresses, normally inside 5-7 working days. Larger items travel by pallet to kerbside, so arrange help to move them. You have 14 days to change your mind under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 - see returns and delivery.

Assembly time depends on the size — storage boxes take 15–45 minutes, benches around 30–60 minutes, sheds and bin stores 2–3 hours with two people. Exact figure for this product is in the Full specification table below. Tools needed: a screwdriver and a spirit level. Prefer someone else to build it? Book a verified Tasker via Taskrabbit.
A level, solid surface gives the best result for sheds and larger storage units — concrete slab, paving flags, or a pressure-treated timber base all work. Storage boxes sit on any level paved or decked surface. If the ground isn't level, panels won't line up cleanly and the unit won't be fully weathertight.
Standard UK mainland delivery is 5–7 working days, tracked. Free over £100. You'll get a dispatch email with a tracking link. We don't currently ship to Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands & Islands, or Northern Ireland — see our delivery page for the full breakdown.
Email hello@garden-storage.com within 30 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — including return postage. Damage is rare on pallet-shipped items, but it's fully covered under our returns policy.
You have full rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 (satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, as described) and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (14-day right to cancel from receipt). See our returns page for how the cooling-off period and refund timing work in practice.
