The MDF PackMaster Packing Station in the deep 90cm configuration is the most generous of the range, giving high-volume packers the largest work surface for demanding jobs. That extra depth suits big parcels, bulky materials and stations where several tasks happen side by side.
Built from sturdy MDF, it keeps supplies organised and within easy reach. The backboard offers two options, a pegboard for hanging tools or louvre panels for storing small items such as tape, scissors and label rolls, while lower dividers create dedicated sections for packaging materials.

Assembly time depends on the size — storage boxes take 15–45 minutes, benches around 30–60 minutes, sheds and bin stores 2–3 hours with two people. A level, solid surface gives the best result for sheds and larger storage units — concrete slab, paving flags, or a pressure-treated timber base all work. Storage boxes sit on any level paved or decked surface. If the ground isn't level, panels won't line up cleanly and the unit won't be fully weathertight.
