Built for sturdiness, the gates use a robust 38mm x 89mm timber frame with 30mm x 120mm inner bracing, all meticulously glued together for a rigid, rattle-free structure. The face is clad in 121mm x 11mm pressure-treated tongue and groove timber, giving a tight, handsome finish.

A level, solid surface gives the best result for sheds and larger storage units — concrete slab, paving flags, or a pressure-treated timber base all work. Storage boxes sit on any level paved or decked surface. If the ground isn't level, panels won't line up cleanly and the unit won't be fully weathertight.
