About this product

Everything you need to know

The Longhorn Sculpted Brace gives this Screen Pergola its signature look, with braces flaring outward in a bold, horn-like sweep for extra visual presence. It is a climbing arbour that makes a statement while still doing the practical work of supporting your planting.

Designed to carry climbing plants such as roses, ivy, honeysuckle and hydrangeas, it helps you build a lush, green focal point in the garden. Add the optional plant climbing wire system for a sturdy framework that guides stems as they ascend and fills the frame with healthy growth.

Constructed from high-quality materials, the pergola is built for durability and longevity, standing up to changeable weather year after year. The distinctive Longhorn braces set it apart from plainer designs, making it a characterful centrepiece for a border, path or seating area.

Pergola - what actually matters

A pergola is a structural item: post fixing and ground anchoring do more for its lifespan than the timber section does. If you want the longer version, read the pergola range.

Looking after it

  • Re-coat with a clear or tinted exterior wood treatment every two to three years.
  • Keep the base clear of piled soil and leaf litter so the timber can dry out.
  • Check fixings once a year and nip up anything that has worked loose.

Delivery and returns

Free delivery to UK mainland on orders over £100, typically 5-7 working days. Larger items travel by pallet to kerbside, so arrange help to move them. You have 14 days to change your mind under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 - see returns and delivery.

Common questions

Everything buyers ask before they order.

How long does assembly take?

Assembly time depends on the size — storage boxes take 15–45 minutes, benches around 30–60 minutes, sheds and bin stores 2–3 hours with two people. Exact figure for this product is in the Full specification table below. Tools needed: a screwdriver and a spirit level. Prefer someone else to build it? Book a verified Tasker via Taskrabbit.

Do I need a base or level ground?

A level, solid surface gives the best result for sheds and larger storage units — concrete slab, paving flags, or a pressure-treated timber base all work. Storage boxes sit on any level paved or decked surface. If the ground isn't level, panels won't line up cleanly and the unit won't be fully weathertight.

When will my order arrive?

Standard UK mainland delivery is 5–7 working days, tracked. Free over £100. You'll get a dispatch email with a tracking link. We don't currently ship to Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands & Islands, or Northern Ireland — see our delivery page for the full breakdown.

What if something arrives damaged?

Email hello@garden-storage.com within 30 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — including return postage. Damage is rare on pallet-shipped items, but it's fully covered under our returns policy.

What's my consumer protection?

You have full rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 (satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, as described) and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (14-day right to cancel from receipt). See our returns page for how the cooling-off period and refund timing work in practice.
