This product ships from our UK warehouse with free mainland delivery on orders over £100. Standard delivery is 5–7 working days, tracked. This product ships pallet-direct to your kerbside. The driver won't bring the pallet down a path, up steps, or inside. Plan for help moving it from the kerb — two people minimum, or a pallet truck for the very largest. You'll get a dispatch email with a tracking link; the courier will text or email a delivery window the day before.

Common questions about bike storage

Is it insurance-rated? Most insurance schedules require a Sold Secure-rated lock, not necessarily a rated structure. Pair this storage with a Sold Secure Silver+ padlock and a ground anchor for high-value bikes.

What about e-bikes? Store the battery indoors regardless of where the bike lives. Most insurers require this; it also extends battery life.
