This Clearance-range Wooden 18mm MDF Top Workbench adds a double shelf to the smooth MDF worktop, giving you extra storage beneath the surface without raising the price. The frame is made from CLS C16 2x4 (38mm x 89mm) kiln-dried timber for a strong, steady base that handles daily workshop duties.
The twin shelves are ideal for stowing tools, tins and materials, keeping the 600mm (2ft) deep worktop clear for the job in hand. A standard 900mm (3ft) height sets a comfortable working level, and widths run from 900mm to 1800mm (3ft to 6ft), with all sizes adjustable on request.
Like the rest of the range it ships in knockdown form for simple on-site assembly using only a screwdriver, ideally battery-operated, with full instructions and an instructional video included.

A level, solid surface gives the best result for sheds and larger storage units — concrete slab, paving flags, or a pressure-treated timber base all work. Storage boxes sit on any level paved or decked surface. If the ground isn't level, panels won't line up cleanly and the unit won't be fully weathertight.
