Everything you need to know
Finished in a rich brown, this 119cm-wide open-fronted log store keeps firewood dry, ordered and ready to burn.
Every panel is made from constructional-grade timber that has been pressure treated, so it shrugs off British weather, and all the fixings supplied are corrosion resistant. The timber is sourced from FSC-approved, sustainable forests, so it is as environmentally sound as it is hard-wearing.
It is the tidy, practical way to keep logs and firewood off the ground, sheltered from the elements and close to the door when the fire needs feeding. It is designed to blend into a patio, decking or border while doing a genuinely useful job. Keeping wood raised and covered helps it burn cleaner and hotter once the cold sets in.

What you are getting
The detail that matters on the Wooden Log Store (W-119cm, H-118cm, D-71cm) - Brown Finish, without the sales language. Being timber, it responds to the weather - expect slight seasonal movement and a gradual silvering unless you re-coat it. Measured up it is width 119cm, height 118cm, depth 71cm - worth checking against the space you have before ordering.
Choosing your option

Log Store - what actually matters
Seasoning firewood is really an airflow problem, not a rain problem. Split logs need moving air to get below the 20% moisture content that burns cleanly, which is why open or slatted sides matter more than a fully enclosed box. If you want the longer version, read how to season firewood.
Looking after it
- Re-coat with a clear or tinted exterior wood treatment every two to three years.
- Keep the base clear of piled soil and leaf litter so the timber can dry out.
- Check fixings once a year and nip up anything that has worked loose.
Delivery and returns
Orders over £100 ship free to UK mainland addresses, normally inside 5-7 working days. Larger items travel by pallet to kerbside, so arrange help to move them. You have 14 days to change your mind under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 - see returns and delivery.

Assembly time depends on the size — storage boxes take 15–45 minutes, benches around 30–60 minutes, sheds and bin stores 2–3 hours with two people. Exact figure for this product is in the Full specification table below. Tools needed: a screwdriver and a spirit level. Prefer someone else to build it? Book a verified Tasker via Taskrabbit.
A level, solid surface gives the best result for sheds and larger storage units — concrete slab, paving flags, or a pressure-treated timber base all work. Storage boxes sit on any level paved or decked surface. If the ground isn't level, panels won't line up cleanly and the unit won't be fully weathertight.
Standard UK mainland delivery is 5–7 working days, tracked. Free over £100. You'll get a dispatch email with a tracking link. We don't currently ship to Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands & Islands, or Northern Ireland — see our delivery page for the full breakdown.
Email hello@garden-storage.com within 30 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — including return postage. Damage is rare on pallet-shipped items, but it's fully covered under our returns policy.
You have full rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 (satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, as described) and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (14-day right to cancel from receipt). See our returns page for how the cooling-off period and refund timing work in practice.
