This Wooden MDF Top Workbench with Drawers, Back Panel and Functional Lockable Cupboard (V.5) adds an enclosing rear panel to the MDF-topped storage bench, keeping tools and parts from slipping off behind it. The solid 18mm medium-density MDF surface gives you a smooth, reliable platform for all kinds of work.
Beneath the top, integrated drawers and a functional lockable cupboard provide secure, organised storage, while a frame of construction-grade CLS C16 kiln-dried timber ensures lasting durability and stability. The added back panel makes for a tidier, more contained workspace.
Handmade in the UK and offered in lengths from 5ft to 8ft, this backed V.5 configuration ships in knockdown form for straightforward on-site assembly. A single screwdriver is all you need to put it together.

A level, solid surface gives the best result for sheds and larger storage units — concrete slab, paving flags, or a pressure-treated timber base all work. Storage boxes sit on any level paved or decked surface. If the ground isn't level, panels won't line up cleanly and the unit won't be fully weathertight.
