This 4ft-depth Wooden Super Heavy-Duty Workbench adds a second full-length shelf beneath its 1260mm-deep top, doubling the storage on hand without sacrificing indoor or outdoor durability. Handcrafted in the UK, it uses a construction-grade CLS C24 pressure-treated timber tabletop and shelves over a CLS C16 pressure-treated timber frame.

The extra shelf keeps parts and power tools within reach while the pressure-treated frame shrugs off heavy use and outdoor exposure. Sizes can be tailored on request, and the workbench arrives knocked down for quick assembly with a battery-operated screwdriver and the supplied instructions.

Assembly time depends on the size — storage boxes take 15–45 minutes, benches around 30–60 minutes, sheds and bin stores 2–3 hours with two people. A level, solid surface gives the best result for sheds and larger storage units — concrete slab, paving flags, or a pressure-treated timber base all work. Storage boxes sit on any level paved or decked surface. If the ground isn't level, panels won't line up cleanly and the unit won't be fully weathertight.

Email hello@garden-storage.com within 30 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — including return postage. Damage is rare on pallet-shipped items, but it's fully covered under our returns policy.
