The Wooden Acorn Garage Shelving Unit is a 4-tier, extra heavy-duty racking system built for serious storage in the garage, workshop or store. With four sturdy tiers, it maximises vertical space while keeping tools and boxes well organised.
Constructed from construction-grade CLS C16 timber, available kiln-dried or pressure-treated, it offers real strength and a long service life. The width adjusts from 1100mm up to 1700mm, standing 1800mm tall with a 550mm depth, so it can be fitted to the run of wall you have available.
The timber shows attractive natural textures and tightly knitted grains, while the finish is water-resistant, rust-proof and anti-corrosion. Its large capacity and hard-wearing build make it ideal for heavy loads day in, day out.

Assembly time depends on the size — storage boxes take 15–45 minutes, benches around 30–60 minutes, sheds and bin stores 2–3 hours with two people. A level, solid surface gives the best result for sheds and larger storage units — concrete slab, paving flags, or a pressure-treated timber base all work. Storage boxes sit on any level paved or decked surface. If the ground isn't level, panels won't line up cleanly and the unit won't be fully weathertight.

Email hello@garden-storage.com within 30 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — including return postage. Damage is rare on pallet-shipped items, but it's fully covered under our returns policy.
