The Wooden MDF Garage Shelving Unit is a 4-tier, extra heavy-duty racking system that combines 18mm MDF shelves with a strong CLS C16 timber frame for a smooth, solid storage surface. The four tiers make excellent use of vertical space in a garage, workshop or store.
Built from 18mm MDF and a 2x4 (38mm x 89mm) CLS C16 frame, it delivers dependable strength and a long service life. The width adjusts from 1100mm up to 1700mm, with an 1800mm height and 550mm depth, letting you size it to your space.
Its finish is water-resistant, rust-proof and anti-corrosion, while the large capacity and hard-wearing construction handle heavy loads with ease, making it a reliable workhorse for everyday storage.

Assembly time depends on the size — storage boxes take 15–45 minutes, benches around 30–60 minutes, sheds and bin stores 2–3 hours with two people. A level, solid surface gives the best result for sheds and larger storage units — concrete slab, paving flags, or a pressure-treated timber base all work. Storage boxes sit on any level paved or decked surface. If the ground isn't level, panels won't line up cleanly and the unit won't be fully weathertight.

Email hello@garden-storage.com within 30 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — including return postage. Damage is rare on pallet-shipped items, but it's fully covered under our returns policy.
