Built for substantial buildings, the 15x10 wooden shed base measures W-442cm x D-300cm - a large-format foundation for oversized sheds, summerhouses and workshops. Across a footprint this size, a properly level base is what keeps doors aligned and floors firm for years.
Three timber depths are available - 38x63mm, 38x89mm and 38x138mm - so you can build up the height needed to compensate for sloping or uneven ground beneath a large structure. The base is supplied as pre-assembled sections, meaning the bulk of the work is simply connecting the ready-made parts together rather than framing from scratch.

Assembly time depends on the size — storage boxes take 15–45 minutes, benches around 30–60 minutes, sheds and bin stores 2–3 hours with two people. A level, solid surface gives the best result for sheds and larger storage units — concrete slab, paving flags, or a pressure-treated timber base all work. Storage boxes sit on any level paved or decked surface. If the ground isn't level, panels won't line up cleanly and the unit won't be fully weathertight.

Email hello@garden-storage.com within 30 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — including return postage. Damage is rare on pallet-shipped items, but it's fully covered under our returns policy.
