The 10x6 wooden shed base (W-295cm x D-182cm) gives a full-size shed a firm, level footing across nearly three metres of width. It is built to support larger garden buildings that need dependable ground contact from front to back.
Choose your timber from three depths - 38x63mm, 38x89mm and 38x138mm - so you can raise the base to the exact height your site and elevation call for. The sections arrive pre-assembled, so on the day you simply connect the ready-made parts together rather than building a frame from scratch. That makes it a straightforward job whether you are a first-time builder or a seasoned DIY hand.

A level, solid surface gives the best result for sheds and larger storage units — concrete slab, paving flags, or a pressure-treated timber base all work. Storage boxes sit on any level paved or decked surface. If the ground isn't level, panels won't line up cleanly and the unit won't be fully weathertight.

Email hello@garden-storage.com within 30 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — including return postage. Damage is rare on pallet-shipped items, but it's fully covered under our returns policy.
