This Rotem Wooden Kiln-Dry Workbench pairs a compact 3ft (900mm) depth with both mobility and a double shelf, making it a strong pick where storage and a movable surface matter equally. Handcrafted in the UK, it uses construction-grade CLS C16 kiln-dried timber for a stable, long-lasting frame.
The twin shelves add generous room to stow tools, materials and parts beneath the worktop, while the integrated 100mm swivel brake castors (each rated to 125kg) let you reposition the bench and lock it securely. Mobile load capacity reaches 500kg, with the standard 900mm (3ft) height set for comfortable working.
Choose a width between 1200mm and 2400mm (4ft to 8ft), with bespoke sizing available on request. The bench ships in knockdown form for straightforward on-site assembly with just a screwdriver, and comprehensive instructions come as standard.

A level, solid surface gives the best result for sheds and larger storage units — concrete slab, paving flags, or a pressure-treated timber base all work. Storage boxes sit on any level paved or decked surface. If the ground isn't level, panels won't line up cleanly and the unit won't be fully weathertight.
